Default 05 Scion tC P0016 Crank/Cam Position correlation B1 Sensor A..

Have a 2005 Scion tC A/T
Had a blown head gasket and fixed it and now it’s pulling Code P0016 (crank/cam position correlation B1 sensor A)
car runs great, even drove it to Cali from Nevada me no issues whatsoever. I changed the cam sensor and still on.

Any suggestions?

62 fender just replied and sent me a pdf that answers the problem the VVT Actuator on the cam gear must be in a unlocked position BEFORE you can set the timing chain.

This is not shown in the FSM and why when you rebuild the engine or change the head gasket this problem occurs.
