my macbook is about to die so i didnt have time to search

im heading down to lsu next year and know that im going to need a bypass valve becuase of all the water that gets displaced in the streets

i have a k&n typhoon and was wondering if the aem 2.5" bypass valve will work with it, or is it just for the aem intakes?

Just make sure there is enough clearance in the bay. It extends your tube 2.5" so measure that out and if it looks like a good fit do it.

 

I have a brand new one for sale, PM if you want it. I originally bought it to put in my car, however, it is so dry here I decided not to use it.

 

make sure the diameter is the same. most likely you will have to cut some of tubing off the k&n intake if it extends the filter down closer to the ground. also, the bypass is not 100% guarantee that you will not hydrolock

 

Do any AEM CAIs come with the BPV, or do I have to buy it seperate?
