Default all 3 nst pulleys really worth it?

does anyone have dyno sheets of a tC w/ just the NST underdrive puelly, compared to a tC w/ all 3 NST pulleys (alt, watlite, & underdrive)

is it worth it to get the watlite and alt pulley, i dont plan on doing insane stereo eq. all i care about is perf.

the alt pully is if you either plan on running alot of stereo equipment OR if you use the underdrive crank pully because then your alternator would be generating less power.

i don't know about the power sheets, but they have like time slips that say they improved their 1/4 mile time by .2 or something like that. is that worth it to you?

i got the zpi pully, and i noticed an immediate increase in power accross the entire rpm band.

also, you shoulda done some searching first. any more questions?

sorry i have to say it....

http://www.suprasonic.org/public_htm...atedamper.html

that is a link for informantion straight from toyota why not to use aftermarket pulleys. They damage your engine. The rubber in the factory pulley absorbs harmonic vibrations at frequencys that damage bearings piston ring lands, etc etc.

this is also a gd link as well fr information. http://www.yoursciontc.com/forums/in...pic=14934&st=0

Crank pulleys have been known in multiple cars to eventually ruin rods/bearings and cause some engine damage. But i hear that ZPI has done wonders with the crank pulley and that they gaurantee that it won't do the aforementioned things (like to see it in writing though guys)
But the link that redwar provided from yoursciontc.com is a good one. Just know what you might be doing and take responsibility for it yourself and don't post up some _____ing about how you spun a rod or something in 30k miles or something. But i would recommend the new ZPI pulleys instead of NST

i look at it this way

both zpi and dezod are heavily involved in the scion community. and they both know alot more about our cars and their engines than we do. and because they are both extremely dedicated to making good, long lasting customer relationships, they would never sell us a part for our car that would be so detrimental to our engines longevity.

^^not true in some aspects. Yes, Dezod and ZPI are both great companies and know the tC in and out and in again...but...they, as well as other companies, do sell products that are detrimental to the longevity of our car...turbos are detrimental to the longevity as well as pulleys and i'm sure there are some other things. It's not that they don't care, it's just the products...they're not made to last 300k miles, but they will last you a little because these companies make very well made products...but over time, a turbo and pulleys will shorten your engines life span.

x2 thank you buddhastc. Pulleys cause damage and do not increase hp.
Real race cars arnt even allowed to run them they must use an sfi approved damper wich the nst and zpi is not.

That information is on a supra site but if you notice the engine depicted is not a 6 cyl. It is true for all engines running a dampened pulley.
