if you are refering to emmission wise. i dont think so, since they eliminate the car in the headers. please correct me if im wrong.

lol so i take it from your response you wouldnt even know if you tried the search button. Hmm the question is not whether it is CARB exempt but whether it is street legal dont believe it has been answered clearly.
