Default anybody else waiting for the zpi pulley?

I ordered a pulley 4/08/06 and its still not around. Apparently they were out of stock when i ordered but they were still very quick in taking my money. I've called and I've emailed...they gave the same answer, "its coming." Im just wondering if anybody is waiting too. Should i cancel and go with a different brand or wait it out?

Wait it out.

Zpi has proved time and time again that they are not out to rip anyone off.

the past couple of days that i have called its been busy. I think they got tired of me asking "is it there yet?"
i keep hoping that one day the pulley would show up on my front door. i almost dont care anymore...almost. my friends keep laughing at me because they know when i ordered it and they know i havent recieved it.

why do people order without checking first if they are in stock ?

just make sure you know the policy of refunds from your credit card company. theres a certain amount of time for you to file with your card company.

Like I said before, WHY ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT SLOW SHIPPING OR VERY VERY LATE SHIPPING. Good god, all you had to do was order from NST and there would be no worries and you would have a pulley already. I just think it is funny how everyone keeps ordering from them, then posts complaints about shipping. Seems like a bunch of lemmings running off a cliff, you all know of there massive delays yet you order anyways! Off the cliff you go*LOL* I have not seen one post about NST / slow shipping and I got my pulley freakin FAST and killer customer service.

Yeah, seeing how ZPI has always been slow at shipping stuff, i dont think i might ever make a order from them.

As for the pulley, i would have gone with the NST, i got mines REALLY FAST. Plus all they sell is pulleys, so that right there tells you alot.

NST all the way !

Pick and choose your battles I say. I would imagine why people are willing to wait for a product from a company that has the fastest tC's around. They want the best, and seeing as how they are the fast ones, they order anyway. But it's a two edge sword. You want the best, you have to wait, as the pulley comes in one door and out the other. They pretty much CAN'T keep these in stock, as they sell to fast for them to keep up. So, on one hand you have to wait, on the other, you can settle for your second choice. It's all up to you.

I stuck around for the ZPI stage 1, and now my g/f is killing LS1 firebirds, killin 350z's, and stickin with Nicely modded Subies.

Yep bump for NST.......i ordered when he was in the middle of a run, so my wait was about 3 weeks, but well worth it, that man knows his pullies.

NST all the way, also something to be carefull about, i asked billet specialties about this (they have been building pullies for 15 years or something like that) anyways you want to make sure your pulley is the right weight, alot of time companies drill out there pullies to make them look more custom, what happens is they are then too lite etc. etc. and that is when you run into issues. NST has the perfect weight and diameter, sure they are not bling looking like UR, or others but the get the job done and are built correctly.

I love ZPI and what they do. however I have just given up ordering from them

I waited 6 weeks for shocks and over 3 months for my pulley. I was on a fisrt name basis with all of them. thier shipping is absurd.

Anyways, just you all know, ZPI is a great comepany, im not bashing! I have been there twice all the way from the NW burbs of chicago, met kenny and the crew, all great people. My only word of advice is is to wait it out.

You will be happy!!

So you had to wait 3 months before you received your pulley? That's BS.
