Hey guys new here so sorry if this is the wrong section. I drive an auto '05 Scion TC and due to work I recently got my hands on a K20A2 free of charge. I don't know much about cars and got mine as a grad gift so I'm wondering if it's possible to swap this into my TC and do a manual tranny swap along the way. Or if it's a waste of money and time just sell the K20 and be done with it. Thanks!

Edit: Since I pretty much got my answer I figured i'd ask here instead of making a new thread. If I put a turbo in the car will I have to buy a different one once I do the tranny swap? I've been debating picking one up that a buddy of mine is selling for cheap.

Yeah couldn't find anything online so I thought I'd ask first. Any idea on how much it'd cost to do including the tranny swap?

 

A lot. That would be all custom work. No real kit to do it. I'd do manual trans and buy a turbo kit. Sell the k20
