Default Belt tensioner pulley problems NEED HELP ASAP

Okay my buddy's tC is super charged and his belt tensioner is no good anymore. Now i have had to remove this before when i had to replace my head gasket but we had the engine dropped out and it was pretty easy that way. Thing is though there is the one bolt that is too long to get out using a wrench or even socket it hits the frame. Not really sure where to go from here any help would be great.

loosen the tranny bracket and rear bracket... also loosen up the spipe mid pipe bolts... form there slowly let the engine tilt to the driver down which should help give u clearance... the engine is going to be kind at an extreme angle... but i did it once that way... i also took out driver side axle and the half shaft for extra precaution.

ok i think i need a new tensioner as well. a loud high pitched squealing noise has been coming from the pulley side of the engine when im idling with the a/c on. took it to the shop today and they noticed the tensioner pulley was vibrating excessively. hopefully replacing it will fix the problem since the noise it makes is both annoying and embarassing lol.

how much did you spend on the new tensioner and where did you buy it from? im trying to find it on trdsparks.com but having trouble locating it.

Try to look at the water pump as well, just to make sure. The water pump was the source for that noise in my case.

Not sure where to find it the cheapest, but this is what I found...

Default Has Anyone Tried...?

Do you think it would be feasible/reasonable to use a hacksaw to cut the bolt to get it out? Does anybody know if it is a standard bolt that could be replaced with maybe a few less threads before reinstalling. The recommendation to loosen the bolts on the s-pipe kind of scares me, because the thing looks pretty rusty and I'm worried I might damage the flange or not get a good seal afterwards.

If that is really the only way to go, could somebody explain to me where the tranny bracket and rear bracket are. Ive been in the repair manual and haven't seen mention of them. Do they have some other formal name so I can find them or if somebody happened to have pictures that would be great.
