I just got the best mpg ever 33.17 before this one I got 32.58 or so. I got to enjoy while I can get this high. I will be boosted within the next year.

boost shouldnt kill gas mileage at all... however if you push it hard then your mpgs will definitely drop. If you dont push a boosted tc is should put up just about the same mpgs as an N/A...

i can get 34 mpg on the interstate going 70 mph, but that doesn't happen often...that speedometer seems to keep creeping after that...

My best was 29.8. My average is probably 25-26. Thats rather sad considering I hardly step on the gas past 1/4 throttle.

I think over 31mpg is exaggerating. Btw, how do you guys calculate?

Its called mods! When you have CAI and full exhaust w/Header plus other things the mpg goes up when you stay off of the gas. To calculate mpg fill up and reset you trip meter. When your car gets 1/8th of a tank or gaslight comes on (I like to wait until gas light b/c I still have 2 gallons left) Take how many miles driven divided by number of gals. Example if you drive 350 miles and put 12.45 gals = 28.11 MPG

My tC rocks!! I get insane gas mileage, so much that no one believes it until they see it. So i'm not even gonna mention how much, i've been flamed so much for "lying" about my MPGs, whatever. In some instances turbos even give better gas mileage, as long as you stay off the gas, which, lets face it, you won't be able to do, haha.

Happy boosting!

Boosting is not for me, don't get me wrong, i love the feeling, but it almost feels like cheating? I hope it works out for you!!

Yes. I didn't explain myself sorry about that here it goes. CAI allows then engine to breathe easier so thus helping the mpg out, After I installed the header eliminating the catalytic converter and installed custom 2.5" exhaust (my custom exhaust doesn't throw a cel) the engine exhaust gasses flow freely allowing engine to breathe easier b/c of the low back pressure. I have a lightweight flywheel and it helps out a little as well the low inertia allows to maintain the speed with less fuel consumption.
