I'm guessing the stock HG is an MLS. Either way, ARP head studs aren't a solve all for the issue. Replace the head gasket and use new bolts, studs are overkill for this situation.

I order ptuning arp head studs and I have a new oem head gasket I got the head studs just so I don't have to go back into the engine if I need them later

Be sure to get the head checked and resurfaced if need be. If you reinstall a warped head with a new head gasket, itll blow the new gasket pretty quickly. Id recommend getting the block checked too if at all possible, however the block is much less likely to warp.

My friend/mechanic just looked at them and he said that the head and block were fine... Is there anything eles I should be looking for?

He looked at them or checked if they were within spec? You cant eyeball that.

You cannot check them without a machinists straight edge. Most mechanics wont have one.

A good straight edge and feeler gauges will do just fine. Most heads won't warp from normal use. But if the car over heated, that's a different story.

He just eye balled it I'll get him to check it out right but it's never overheated when I saw all the white smoke come out of my exhaust I pretty much parked it

sorry for no update but my buddy knew a Toyota tech and he came over and did whatever he had to do and said everything was fine put it back together and the engine runs great but still has to much pressure in the crank and is pushing oil out my seals so i need to figure out a good way to vent this.

Oil catch cans suck, invest in an AIR OIL SEPARATOR.

I have a weapon r catch can that I haven't put on yet.... But what I was thinking about doing is to drill Into the valve cover put a fitting on it run a line to a catch can't te just vent to the atmospher but I'm trying to get a diffrent valve cover so I'm not drilling into my original one but if I have to I have to lol

Any ideas of what could cause it ..... I think napa gave me the wrong spark plugs if that has anything to do with it ... There not iridium

stick with iridium..one step colder..gapped to about .030
and as for your problem..you should do a leak down test
