Default built motor wont start

Ive searched and searched and havent found anyone going through what i have going on. I have an 05 tc that the stock motor was just rebuilt in. The motor has cp pistons,Manley turbo tuff rods, ported and polished head crower springs valves and cams. It cranks and gives a little pop at first then nothing it can crank and crank but never starts. Fuel system is stock for breakin and stock exhaust is on. All grounds are attached every sensor is plugged in. No check engine lights. Tach isnt reading during cranks but if the scanners plugged in its reading rpm. I have fuel at the rail, i can hear the pump after it cranks but not during. I have spark and compression. When i pull a plug it smells like gas. Fuel is fresh and battery is new. Also scaner can read security codes the key is being recognized. Im at a loss please help if you can

No one can really tell you without looking the car over, but what you are saying suggests that the timing is off. You may need to check the timing chain and cam gears.

If it has spark, fuel, and air then it is possible you have a mechanical issue as mentioned above.

i second burgandybomber check your timing. start with verifying you timing all mark are right. Then check your BC intake cam sensor for damage and pin gap. Last also look at your crank trigger disc it is directional theirs a big F on one side of it that has to face out. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
