also it was running at a constant 60 degrees before and warm up every 15-20 minutes,id turn it completely off and wait then turn it back on and it would cool to 60 degrees again

sounds like a sticking expansion valve. did you flush the system the last time your compressor took a ____? if not, the junk could be sticking your expansion valve.

its either on the firewall where the lines go to the dash or on the evaporator. its not hard to change but you will have to take it in to have the system evac., flushed, and recharged.

the part usually isn't very expensive.

dont everyone jump in at once, no one thinks it may be the compressor clutch, or the low or high side pressure switch, or ac relay, compressor isnt coming on so i now it isnt the compreessor or it would be coming on or clicking but its not even coming on,
ill only have about 1 hour of daylight to check things out when i get off and dont want to be spinning my tires,my gargae has a ton of parts in it and a project car with no suspension so thats out of the question

dude people have lives they don't just wait around for you to ask questions. if you need it fixed right away then take it to a shop but don't get mad at people for not helping.

ok so tested the pressure switch
good grounds
no power into pressure switch(purple wire)
bypassed pressure switch(no change)

swapped HVAC controls
no power into compressor clutch
no power into pressure switch connector
checked a/c fuse under dash
cannot locate ac clutch relay
