hey man i didn't really understand what you said but if you really wanna get that intake then go with injen IMO just because 9 out of 10 people will tell you thats the one to get and also with the "rubbing", solution = doc i's CAI fender mount like they said above (18 bucks i think) and if it rains a lot where you live in then what's cool about injen is that it's 2 pcs and you can just convert it into a SRI, or you can add the AEM bypass valve....so you have a lot of options, im not gonna tell you that its not $$ money worth spending like others will because it seems like almost every thread someones just gonna tell you to go F/I when the topic was "which header is good?"

what year tc you got? i have a used INjen intake for sale. Fit on 05 and 06 models. PM me for more info.

I also agree on going with something more reputable. I've purchased an ebay intake before and its done more bad than good.
