INJEN all day. Winter you can convert to short ram and during spring/summer/fall keep the short ram

but i'd rather keep the short ram on all the time, not worth risking your motor to have that extra 1-2hp IF that with the cold air.

the one from Injen is a little more difficult to install due to the larger diameter pipeing but its a great product with really good hp gains. I wouldnt get the trd one although its designed by Injen, b/c the trd one has smaller diameter pipes = less flow = less hp.. idk thats just me trying to get every pony available out of an NA setup.

when you mean a little more difficult

you mean 5 more minutes of extra wiggling the pipe through the hole.

Injen and TRD are the only intakes you should consider. Injen for best gains, TRD for best looks.

In order to even come close to "risking" the motor with a CAI you'd have to submerge your car halfway up the wheel. Thats roughly the same height as the headlight. Think about how many puddles you've ever driven through that were that high. This is one of the biggest misconceptions with CAI's is that a drop of water will make it hydrolock, its simply not true.
