Can engine oil be added without oil change?
My oil level is getting low and I cant schedule an oil change for a few weeks. Can I just add some oil for now, to keep me safe until the oil change in a few weeks? And if so, what type of oil is best for the tc?
Thanks
Thanks

5w-20 is the spec for all toyota vehicles now iirc. If you take your 05-06 in to the delaership to get a change, there's a real good chance that it'll get the 5w-20 instead of the 5w-30 that was the original spec. There was a huge thread somewhere on here about how 5w-20 has less sludging or something like that. I always need to add oil at around the 3500 mile mark after an oil change.
Make sure to get dehydrated oil and don't forget to add water. Actually, add the water first. And don't forget to check your blinker fluid. O and you may want to polish your engine internals with some sand in the intake...While you're at it too, get some JDM gas
