Just recently my car has started to stall when at idle and while driving if I have the radio or use anything else electrical it will start sputtering. What could be causing this. I have an 2008 with about 38,000 miles on it as is.


I have done a wire tuck and have spliced wires but have had no issues with it for over a year. I have done no recent modifications as I am putting my car back to stock. any help as to what is causing this would be much appreciated.

 

have you check the MAF sensor, or maybe theres a short or bad ground someplace..

 

Did you check your splices ? they might be corroding or have moisture in them.

 

ya you deff have a bad ground or a short and especially since you have spliced into them..did you apply any heat shrink tubing to the splices

 

fixed Some animal was in my engine bay and was chewing on wires. It ate through the ground under the left headlight.

 

Some animal lol, what kind of animal got into your engine bay? lol....glad you got it figured out.
