Default CEL LIGHT FIX FOR ALL HEADERS..

Were currently working on a CEL light fix for all TC's with headers.

Were in the testing stages right now, but it should be finished before the new year.

We are also having problems with a CEL light with our TC header also.

This should fix any header CEL light for all TC's.

Will keep you guys posted.

That all comes with experience with fabricating race headers.

In short I cant tell you how we designed it to not throw a CEL light WITHOUT A ANTIFOULER.

But our headers DO NOT throw a CEL Light.

THat went out the window when the cars started coming back with cel lights after 3 months. Then some started coming back after 1 month. It was really weird.
Anyways were on top of it. Also it;'s not goin to be a simulator ( resistor ).

It's somewhat like a antifouler but different.

Well, if its electronic, then its like a simulator, if it moves the sensor at all, then its like an antifouler. Pretty cut and dry.

Good luck! I have a computer I can hook up to my car and read live engine data. I tried the antifoulers in about 25 diffrentways I kept drilling the hole little by litte to see how much diffrence It would make. It will keep the engine light off for a little while longer but still comes on.

We tried that also, trying to get the correct voltage.
But it just keeps coming back like a Bad dream.. ahha

But i think we got it this time.
The car hasnt has a check light yet for one week and we been Jamming on it on the freeway which is where it usually comes on, under loads on the freeway.

We noticed it comes on at high exhaust speeds on a continued basis.

will MMW be chargeing the ppl who bought your header ???

I know I bought your header b/c , you said it does NOT throw a CEL light..AT THAT TIME.

mine CEL came on 3 days after I had it installed... NOT A HAPPY CAMPER..

Let us know...
Thanks..

Any CEL workaround should work whether its a sim, antifouler mod or the MMW part.

Well reason I ask is because I've made 2 sets of antifoulers and neither has worked for me.

Given the fact that ALL headers out there right now throw CEL lights and it's a common problem, we will be selling the CEL light fix with the header if it pans out.

If you have proof of purchase, we would gladly give you one, but you would have to pay for the freight to you. I think thats very fair.

Keith your not a happy camper? As far as the CEL light, how does the header feel on your car? Keep in mind everyone on this forum that has headers, DEAL with the CEL light, it's not just you.

Are you sure your O2 sensor isnt damaged? I have had no problems with the anti-fouler setup.

Dang, gotta love such great customer service! "We screwed up, we sold you a header that we said was compatible with your car, including a specific claim that it didn't set the CEL, but now it does and we want you to jump through hoops and pay more money to fix the problem we caused.

DEAL? Sounds like ripped!

You know i dont even think you own a header, why are you commenting.
We are offering the fix, which NO OTHER COMPANY HAS OFFERED.
Some people used anti-foulers which are a 50% chance of working.

I dont think asking for proof of purchase and paying for freight is asking for much.
