its still new and u probably have ur finger prints all over the header

u need an antifouler bc any header will throw a cel. it eliminates the cat. jus type in antifouler on ebay and then when u see a metal thing that looks like it screws in thats it and u install that on the s-pipe

why does it matter that he installed header + exhaust and he doesn't know why the check light is on?????

Maybe he hasn't researched on here at all .... maybe he's not used to forums .....

why is your car stock???

People that throw parts on their cars ***** nilly without knowing what happens comes out looking like a shopping cart or completely ruining the car. (like this kid with an STI that used to come in at work (worked for a Subaru dealer as a tech) and kept throwing parts on his car without tuning. 2 weeks after telling me how cool it was throwing flames from his exhaust he blew the motor in a blaze of fire. )

Point being, its common sense removing emissions devices will cause the car to throw some tall tell sign of wrong doing. Mod a car right, research, save money and hassle.

Whys my car stock? I've owned it for 2 months have been doing my research. But whats it matter to you? You drive your own, not mine.

He probably could have gotten the answer real quick by searching however he didn't seem to have an clue as towards what is wrong. The first posters did the right thing by telling him what to search for. The multitude of topics that will come up when searching for antifouler will far outweigh a single persons response. Yes the original poster could have done more research beforehand but the only way that he will become more educated is by help of the community. Its not exactly encouraging to people to ask questions when somebody rips on them for not knowing as much as them.
