Chunk missing on top bolt of front motor mount.
So my 2005 TC's engine will buck when its cold, or hard launch from 1st. I recently did the window weld in my front mount.
While doing this I noticed that the top bolt that goes into the transmission has a chunk missing and I can't torque that bolt down. What can I do to lock that bolt down in there ? JB weld?

You probably damaged the threads and broke off part of the boss. If the bolt was loose to begin with this could have happened very easily. Or if you tightened it down too much.
The best repair is to use a known good part such as another transmission, but since you are asking about using jb weld that probably isn't going to happen, best thing you can do is to helicoil the threads if you damaged them. Use a new bolt with a lot of red loctite and pray you never need to remove it again.

I'm sure you and everyone here already know where their local dealership is, but just so you have it - you can locate your closest Scion dealer by using the following link:
