Default clutch problems

so I replaced my clutch back in December because it was giving me problem, well the other day I stepped on the clutch pedal and it didn't want to shift with ease. now if I pumped it two or three times it would shift easy, so I figured I might have some air in the line. so a friend and I checked for any leaks found none so we bleed the line anyways. well no I have no pressure, the pedal feels like a sponge. so we replaced the master cylinder and slave cylinder and bleed the line again still no pressure. what is going on or what am I doing wrong? please help me?!!!

Default Clutch problems

Sounds like a pressure plate issue
