You probably won't notice that much of a gain even from the injen intake. I have it and the most I notice now is the sound and I guess somewhat increased throttle response. Alright I guess if you don't wanna go F/I, but not ridiculously noticable power. That's why I'm goin turbo.

i don't know about the e-bay cai, but it seems the injen is worth every penny with its gains being bigger than most. the GSC test showed great gains with the injen. i think you'll be glad you went with the injen in the end.

but, if you are gonna try to upgrade to a sc or turbo, then it might be advisable to not get either and save up. or get the e-bay and possibly get an exhaust shop to modify the cai to fit for the sc. i don't think it would work quite the same with a turbo but i may be wrong.

Yeah, I kinda regret getting an intake, but oh well, that damn power bug is contagious as hell. Now my next problem is getting rid of my intake.

The first time I drove the car after installing the intake there was definetly a gain. Now its just........ well put it this way, it still sounds nice.

Have you considered the FUJITA intake? Check it out in f5air.com, they also have some dyno numbers

Yeah, you should definitely feel a difference when the weather is colder, regardless of the induction system. Oxygen molecules gather closer together in colder temps which leads to more combustion. This is why a "cold air" intake should lead to some extra hp vs a short ram one

intakes would also need car aprovial and there are non for the tc since removal of the charcol filter makes it fail emissions inspections

once again, you pay a little more for the injen knowing it's been properly tested and is backed up by a warranty if it messes up. piece of mind is never cheap
