I got into fender bender last week with my 08 tC. Body shop guy said the best way to fix it would to get a donor. I was wondering how compatible a 05 will be to the 08 automatic.
I found a 05 manual with a blown clutch for $1,000 so I’m hoping to swap the rear and front lights, and windshield as well as any other engine parts that would work.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

Also my buddy was saying the 05 engine was far superior to the 08. And that the 05 manual version is a rarer and more valuable car.

Should I possibly use the 08 as a donor and swap my upgrades to the 05?
