Default CUSTOM MID PIPE FOR HEADER

ok so b4 i get the mmw header and all that goodies that come with it, i would like to know whats the best way to reduce the rasp to get it to a nice clean deep sound..i have a autozone axel back which is a great deep sound should i get a 31 in resonator to replace the stock one or should i add another resonator to the midpipe

get a custom 2.5" midpipe made and throw on a high flow cat (if your state requires) and at least 20-24" long resonator. or two 18-20" resonators will work.

You wont have a nice deep sound with any aftermarket header.... PERIOD.

You can reduce the rasp with another resonator. Just take you car to a muffler shop and have them weld one in since the stock mid-pipe already has a cat and resonator.

oh....kinda dumb though, isnt the stock midpipe smaller diameter? you'd be bottlenecking your system if it is, not to mention the stock midpipe isnt exactly the best free flowing midpipe for the tc.

im fine with bottlenecking seeing that the spipe and header are the most restrictive components on the ehxaust plus bottle necking will help me keep some of my low end
