Default Customer Loyalty **vid inside**

I just wanted to emphasize and give props to ZPI Racing. I have made a few other threads about them as a company, and their customer service, but they surprised me here recently. Kenny & Keisha drove 2 hrs. down to TN to meet my g/f and I for dinner and to deliver a set of Tein H-techs to me. I have never in my life heard of such a company to do this. How many companies will drive to meet you, buy you dinner, deliver your parts to you, and whoop your butt in some racing. I don't know if any of you have ever had the owner of a tuner company come to personally deliver your parts to you, and not to mention pick up the bill for dinner. Now granted they were wanting to get away for the weekend and was coming to Nashville, but they could have choosen any spot they wanted. They didn't have to come here. But they did, and I felt as if I was talking with friends instead of ZPI racing. They drove down and hung out with us and also showed me how crappy of a driver I am....lol. And that their exhaust system rocks.

Check out the finished edited video here... http://media.putfile.com/ZPI-visit

Thanks again Keisha and Kenny, you guys are awesome.

Thats awesome of a company to do that. I've noticed ZPI is nothing but very helpful towards their customers even when the trash talking was going on about the turbos!

Also nice video.. I was impressed how much he was pulling away from you with just the exhaust.. i was hoping he would have the turbo on the car in the video, but after seeing it with just the exhaust I get a better picture of how far ahead it would be with turbo lol.

No prob. Yeah, all he had was an exhaust on that puppy. Only 700 something miles on it, and he's breaking it in. I'm going to have ZPI redo my exhaust and then give it another shot at a good run.

Can an exhaust really give that much of an advantage in two identical cars, or was it simply the driver that was better in the car that pulled away each time (that was kenny, right)?

from a roll it's not really a drivers race unless the cars are identical

I'm from Nashville, but I live up in Mufreesboro. Not that far. Yeah, we can roll sometime. But the TC is with Toyota right now, so we can hook up after it comes back. I'm going up to ZPI next weekend by the way. I stored your number in my cell.

thanks for the kind words. When we put the exhaust on I was telling the guys the car felt a lot faster and they all told me I was full of it. Then we raced and you have more parts on your car we are still runnig a stock airbox.

We knew the system added a lot of power on a turbo car but it seems to add alot on the NA car also.

Thanks

-Kenny

wow. Now only if they made it so the exhaust goes where the stock exhaust goes that would be oober.
