Default dc header anti fouler question!!

I drilled one anti foul so i could install the two anti-fouls on my s pipe. the question i had was, did i need to drill ALL the way through the anti foul? there is a opening at the bottom of it, i just didnt know if i should drill all the way through, or leave the little hole at the bottom?

Default about the anti fouler

O ok, so all the way through, thanks...and as far as i know it is 1/2" drill bit. My friend drilled it out for me, i think he used a drill press. i do not know what kind of drill bit he used, but it was a clean, it just wasnt all the way trough. DOes the sensor on the s pipe come of easier? cuz i had a little trouble with the one on the header. i accidently stripper the threads on it, so i had to buy a new sensor, it was $209!

the one on the header was easy for me. i soaked it in WD40 and it can right off. i couldnt get the other one off though. i have small jackstands so it was hard to get leverage
