how will what sound? dc header and dc exhaust? or dc header and one of the countless other exhaust kits of the tc?

well, doesn't matter actually, any header in conjunction with any bolt-on exhaust kit equals loud and raspy.

 

i like the sound and i have the DC header and tusdo n1

weedwacker on crack.........no need to say more,to add a header you have gotta spend the time and effort and money to make the rest of the exhasut system work together with it to change the sound waves back in to something humans like.........resonators will be your friend.

 

dont resonators cause it to have less power tho? or is that only if you have too much

 

no resonators are basically straight through tubes,they have packing in them,and angled cuts inside that catch sound waves and change the tone speed they put out,no restriction at all,just changed sound.......just stay away from cherry bomg glasspacks and such as they wear out fast and then get loud again,try thrush,magnaflow,vibrant,and aero 25....those are the best for changing sound to a cleaner one that is not Honda fart can.

The header will add some rasp to the system for sure. Altering the s-pipe will have some sounds changes too. If sound is of major concern, headers may be out of the question
