Looking forward to hearing the results, the pulleys I've seen by NST have always looked amazing. They'll probably come through with these pulleys also.

I keep seeing around the site anything over 8psi ish, you have to start worrying about timing. Have you considered any timing changes?

You could probably get it powdercoated black. Maybe NST should look into anodizeing it black for us to keep that stock sleeper look. I dont really care much about the color cause I already told my techs that I was changing out the pulley and they were all for it. They cant wait to see it when I am all done with the extra mods I plan on doing it.

ithink mine do as well. I took my salesman from when i bought the car for a ride the first time i drove it today with the s/c. Then every tech and desk jockey wanted a ride but i was busy.

But they didnt put the tamper proof cap on so I want a stock looking pulley so they just think its all stock and no warranty issues.

But if i take it for warranty work they could say i removed the cap. But i did take a pic an hour after install so maybe that can be my proof.

wouldn't this boost level be a bit high for a non-intercooled setup. I think most of Vortec's kits at this boost level come with an air to water intercooler, no?
