Dezod exhaust owners
So im thinking about getting the Dezod spipe back exhaust they sell. I was leaning torwards ptuning but i just like the way dezods look.
So i was just wondering can this exhaust be annoyingly loud at times. I want to spend my money on a good exhaust and i know dezod makes that. But i drive a lot and i dont want to get annoyed with how loud it is. Like people hearing it from a couple hundred yards away is not something i want. Plus whenever i take my girl out i dont want to have to scream to get her to hear me lol I know i can just weld on a resonator if its too loud but i dont want to have to do that and i want a full catback that will give me some good performance for when i got turbo.
So please spread your knowledge :D

Just to give you a heads up regarding the sound, it will sound completely different after the turbo goes on. It will get much deeper and MUCH louder during peak boost. If you're really concerned on cabin noise, deaden the trunk. It helps a lot with dampening the sound being transferred into the cabin. About $100 worth and it'll prob sound like a TRD exhaust inside the car at cruise.
With my PTuning, I can easily hear my radio @ volume 10 while cruising at 75mph. At WOT in 2nd and 3rd, my car can get heard from 5 blocks away (open dump).

depends on how loud is loud to you.. But a catless full exhaust system that only comes with a muffler is always gonna be on the loud side.. You might still need a resonator especially on a frequently driven car.
Its not that loud, i have had it for a few years now and i love it. it can be loud outside the car at wot but its not bad inside. I have that exhaust with an injen short ram, and I barely hit 73 decibels on the track.
Its not crazy loud....Ive had a full turbo back exhaust no cats with open wastegate dump and it doesnt bother me at all...
I guess its all how you feel, but to me its not crazy loud, and doesnt sound like poop so i like haha

i have the dezod dp and spipe with ptuning spipe back exhaust.. honestly.. i think its wayyyy quiet.. i was even thinking about doing a cutout LOL....maybe cuz my whole trunk is covered with that weird rubber ____ for the sound system rattle.. but inside the cabin its reaaallly quiet
Well i decided im gonna go with the dezod exhaust mostly because its cheaper than ptunings and because i like the oem look.
I am probably going to be putting a resonator on it though. I know doing that will make it a tad quieter but will it give it a deeper sound also? And what size resonator should i go with? Im thinking vibrant :D
