Default Differences between the Megan midpipe and Tsudo midpipe?

Just like the title states... What are the differences? Would there be any reason to go with one or the other? I have a HKS hi power AB that i am looking to use with it.

Thanks!

The difference is the tsudo is 2.5 in piping and the megan is 2.25. Other than that, they are pretty much the same.

The reason you should go with the Tsudo is cuz it sounds like this:

The tsudo midpipe with no axleback attached sounds the same as a Tsudo/TRD axleback combo. I'd be willing to bet it would sound the same with an hks.

Ok, I just installed the Megans mid-pipe with Greddy SE. Ima tell you what, I am more than happy. First of no raspyness at any throttle position, the sound that come out is deep and refined. The best part is that its not loud inside and the fairly nice power I got out of it. It was that same reason I didn't go with tsudo I didn't want that sound some exhaust make when there a lil to big as if the car was going out of back pressure (at lest that's how I would describe it). Look at the pics I posted of the Megans.

I've never heard the tsudo midpipe in person, but from watching videos online I always got the impression that it was slightly raspier than the megan.

195: i have to agree with you. I want the sound of the hi power to only get deeper. It already turns heads now, so with a little more air flow. It should only be better.

Honestly I'd just get a after market resonator from like Vibrant or Hushpower along with custom 2.25" piping cause a long time ago people reported losing low end torque with bigger piping with N/A setups that are not pushing a lot of power. Not only could you save some money but you can also have a better overall sounding exhaust depending on the type of resonator you put on.

I wouldnt do a bigger midpipe like Tsudo unless you go F/I... Seriously I bought the Tsudo Midpipe and it didn't do anything for me, matter of fact it stole my low end torque away from me... The only reason I like my midpipe is cuz I had an additional 14 inch spiral resonator welded into place so with my Tsudo 4-2-1 headers and axleback the car doesnt sound raspy at all!!!

Tsudo and HKS is it's not a good sound just raspy. I sold mine getting a custom one made to match the HKS.

I ended up not getting the megan right now and just took that money and put it elsewhere into the car.

i had both no difference. i have tsudo on now with an extra resonator in.

i think the diameter of the piping is the same too.
