no worries... yeah... stock..the tC does NOT have an LSD...but it is available for the tC.
If you're doing serious power mods... an LSD is a good investment.

to help clarify... LSD ....stands for Limited Slip Differential. This limits the spin of the drive wheel and the non-drive wheel... front or RWD cars... you just have to be careful roasting your tires like that.... unless you have strong aftermarket axles, well full stronger drive-train... you are very likely to break something that is really expensive.

for our tC's.... a good one will set you back about 1000-1200 bucks... but if you are running a lot more power i.e. say supercharged or Forced Induction... an LSD is a very smart investment.

wow, dis twead is fail...
yeah, when your brother burns out, both his tires power the car, and if he uses too much power, the wheels break traction and screech.
with the tc's stock open differntial, if you give it too much power, the power goes to the tire with least resistance, and spins that one, while the wheel with more traction gets no power. eventually the one wheel that is spinning will getthe car moving and the powerless wheel will start rolling and then spinning and get power too.
LSD costs about 1000-1200 dollars, and you need an install kit, and another 700-1000 for installation.

drax..... good point to make for noob's.... nothing against them... but I could install an LSD with my eyes closed... lol...
Main thing to remember.... to tell the noobies.... dont Fing burn out like that with or without an LSD... you can still break a lot of sh*t very fast trying it.....well unless you are on slicks at a drag strip.... thats a diff. story though.

just make sure you search and do research before you ask because it's probably be covered before.

Most people get tired of the text-speak though.
Your human, talk like one.
Good luck with the differential.
