Just picked up a ground fusion kit and it definitely made a difference in throttle response.

Get it fixed and still see tail lights of 245 different models produced this year.

Must be Toyota's way of discouraging you of making a fool of yourself!

I got a TRD grounding kit and although it didnt make a huge difference, it made a difference that I can feel, especially on the highway going 60mph and especially 80mph, you can really feel the car respond much much better. I posted pictures of my setup on another post here, look for , Grounding kit install. Oh and about seeing taillights, I beat a 190hp nissan maxima, v6 at moroso.

Grounding kits do not help near as much as people try to say they do. They are great for your audio system, but rarely show measured change in performance. Not bashing them, this is from what I have seen. I am sure others will say otherwise, which is fine, just my opinion.

And to the a$$ head mouthing about how dumb we are: How about you not generalize, there are plenty of us that could show you around a shop I am sure. But, you are an obvious no-life mouth that hides behind his screen and starts **** for no reason, so it really doesnt matter I guess. Everyone obviously knows why there is a delay, anyone with half a brain could tell that from his question. He just mentioned that he noticed it more after driving another car. Maybe take a reading comp class later in high school?

I have tried after hearing people mention it more and more, and I do notice it. If you adapt to it you really dont notice it though. I did try to figure out a way to design some type of piggyback for the circuit to correct it, but there then comes an issue with the ECU. I think that the best alternative would be a throttle cable retrofit for it. But as I said, it really doesnt afffect me, even when shifting fast, so I can live with it.

I have a 5 wire ground kit and I have not noticed a single difference in performance (other than psycological). I only have the factory sound system at this time, but when that is upgraded the ground kit should help.

I hope the aftermarket industry does come out more electronic tuning options...

i bet good money its from ebay, and i refuse to believe some random company would just stamp a TRD logo on a generic kit.

My hesitation is getting worse.. I am going to have to take it into the dealer as something is not working as it did when it was brand new. My guess is there is a problem with the TPS. We'll see.

They're putting a new cover sheet on the TPS reports. Did you get the memo?
