Default Draxas is for Sale

Hey everyone,

I wanted to make an announcement here on the boards that we are looking for a buyer for Draxas. We have had to make a decision to focus all of our efforts on the Redline Track Events side of the business and would like to sell Draxas to a person or group, looking to get into the automotive aftermarket business.

This is a great opportunity for a young entrepreneur to get their foot in the door with the industry relationships we have built and the name we have made for Draxas. Your supplier lines are established and you would have an existing customer base to begin selling parts to. We are contacted on a daily basis about our Scion tC parts so with a relatively small investment and dedication/determination to run the business, you could do quite well.

If you are interested please contact me directly. If you think you might know someone who would be interested, please pass them my contact info and tell them to get ahold of me.

Specifics about price and details on the business will be discussed over the phone with potential buyers who are SERIOUS about this.

I have enjoyed my time supporting the Scion community and it's a real bummer that we have to get out of it right now. We simply do not have enough time nor man power to support both businesses. After 3 years of running Draxas it makes it that much more difficult to part with the biz.

What will happen to the lifetime warranty of your exhausts? Will it continue on to the new owner/buyer?

Ive been trying to contact you guys for months about the part of the exhaust that you said you would replace. No response. There were a few of us who had problems with our exhausts and you were well aware of it. Now ur just selling the company and leaving the problems up to someone else. Thanks a lot draxas/nikolas. PEACE.

It's time for someone to step up and make some money. I'm for the group buy option.

Although I haven't been following this issue, just from this thread, it definitely looks like this company is just trying to cut and run - especially advertising here on SL without being a sponsor but obviously representing their own company.

In my part of the world, we call that "spam," and it seems that several members have been frauded... you should probably respond, draxas_vp

No one will buy a company where they're going to be liable for all the illegal doings of another company

perhaps I'm speaking too soon, but I'm just saying what I'm seeing here along with anyone else who comes to this thread...
