Way to shady to be legit. Good rule of thumb is to not shop for electronic performance parts on ebay.

 

waste of money, scam. if it even works at all it will just break your engine.

 

SCAM, it is like 2 resisitors put into a chip to make it look better.

What it might do is modify your air/fuel ratio and make you run leaner (not safe), or make the ECU think the air coming in is cold and might make some HP there (though it prolly wont). Save your money on something that isnt a scam.

 

Total scam. You can go to radio shack and buy the damn resistor yourself for pennies. And even then, all it does is mess with the air intake temp, resulting in a different fuel ratio, which, when i put it on the ford focus i had, made it run like sheeeeit. It would loop up in revs, then drop real low, then loop up... scam.

they actually work, its just not safe for the car (it runs rich)... I notice better throttle response and the required MPH on each gear is expanded


it just makes the car spit more fuel than suppose to... meaning bad gas mileage and run rich.... but i do not have a CEL thrown at me at all...

 

its ok if the car runs rich, it when the car runs lean do you have to worry. it also shouldnt mess with the gears unless its actually replacing them or physically tuning them.
