eBay Short Shifter?

Has anyone purchased the $30-40 short shifters from eBay? how do they work for you? how much shorter is the throw? how much shorter is the bar? input please!

most are the exact same specs at the B&M.. I used one for a while until my girl bought me the TRD for christmas.

How does the B&M look when installed??? Is it somewhat close to creative compacts short shifter or the twm stage 2??

Then I bought zer0s. (Thanks by the way) Its a really nice shifter. You can definitely feel the difference. I believe they come with the metal base bushings too, which help firm up the whole assembly.
It looks pretty close to stock. I'm sure if you search the short shifter FAQ you can find a pic.
