Default Engine Swap Problems (engine and transmission)

So as I family project we decided to replace our blown engine in a 2008 scion tC, we currently have the next engine, which is from a 2010 scion tC. Everything was smooth as butter until we had to separate the engine from the transmission. It is separating and we can rotate the engine freely from the transmission, but there doesn't seem to be enough room to get everything out so we can lift it out. Any tips on how we can get this out, or are we just doing something completely wrong?

I'm looking for the size of the bolt or bolts that hook the engine to clutch. The width and length or specif markings. They got mixed up with other bolts. Can anybody assist? I'm just the owner. I didn't do any of the work. Now its a nighmare.
