Default Exhaust Bracket Question/Help

First, a little overview of what I have. I have a Invidia S-pipe, Tsudo Midpipe, and a Borla Axle Back.

I just installed the Tsudo, and now I notice a rattling coming from my exhaust. Everything is connected correctly. It just appears that the new mid-pipe is vibrating against the "support brace" which is in the center of the mid-pipe. The mid-pipe does not rest on it just seems so close that during driving it vibrates against it.

My question is this, is it safe for me to remove this which no adverse affects? If I am not being clear enough please let me know.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me.

Thanks for the quick response.
I removed the bracket until I can go ahead and fix it as you have. I do not think that I should have any problem while this is removed, do you?

I used a rubber hanger that you can buy at pep boys. I used only the rubber part and put it between the pipe and the bracket.
