Default EXHAUST DECISIONS!!!!!!!!

Man...I bought the megan OE-RS exhaust and now i am having second thoughts about it....I havent installed it yet, but still from what i am reading, i am not really getting good vibes from it. I want to get a full exhaust system for my car. If i dont get this exhaust, does anyone know anything about the DEZOD system?? I like that one too, but I cant find ANYTHING about it on the forums. Please help! Everything else is an axle back or a cat back, which i think is a waste of my time...and the draXas is just too expensive. Please tell me if i should go with what i have or should I get the drift spec or something else all together.
Thanks

You could just use the mid pipe and sell the oem style axle back and get a different axle back. I have the oem mid pipe with a Injen axle back and it sounds great.

This is a good idea. Ideally what i want is a deep audible tone with none of the rasp that highschool retards live and die by. Also, i would like a complete exhaust that way when i boost my Tc, i wont have to rework my exhaust and all. Basically, something that lets people know that you are there, but not something that makes you want to pull your hair out while driving down the interstate.

Considering what you just did was a waste of time, Ill humor you just this once and say....Thats probably not a good idea. Funny no doubt if someone did that, but well, just not smart. If you dont mind, please actually have viable input on these forums. I am all about having fun and whatnot, but at least put something in the reply that is actually useful. Thanks so much for your understanding. Not only that, you aid in the stereotype of typical teenagers. Lets rise above that shall we??

do you have pics of the catback? I believe there's 2 versions? Canister style and OEM style? You have the OEM style correct? It looks really hott compared to the other cainster one.

yeah the one i have...the OE-RS is the OEM type. The drift spec is the inline canister type. I dont want the canister thing hanging below my bumper. If anything it will cause clearance issues, plus most of us are not in highschool. I prefer all the performance with out (for the most part) the unnecessary broadcasting.

I was never worried about the install...Its a series of bolts and some rubber hangar things. In fact...What are you talking about?

I agree that dezod is very expensive but as to my opinion I would say that the drift spec exhaust tucks up pretty well...I'm not lowered and idk if you are...but i think even if lowered (not an insane amount) there isn't much of a clearance issue...and i'm sure that if you want a header back exhaust...the drift spec...with an s-pipe is a good idea.....but thats just my opinion man...good luck to whichever route you go.

I have a Tsudo stainless catback exhaust and am happy with the sound - nice and DEEP! Unless you are gonna autoX, the extra PIPE changes are not needed to get a good sound. Dezod is where I will be going in the future for my TC, but only when i install serious TURBO power. Megan does have a bad reputation with the hidden pre-cat, and I dont agree with Yanki06 about installing it. GOOD LUCK ...
