I am looking for a muffler for my scion tc, I dont want somthing that sounds like a small child whining. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

TRD sounds awesome, a bit pricey I know but it sounds absolutely awesome with its deep tone, not ricey sounding.

I 2nd going with STRUP.......It has a great sound and it doesn' sound like a whiney kid....lol.

Don't forget to check the exhaust video clips thread at the top of "Drivetrain & Power" page. Don't buy an exhaust unless you've heard it in person or at least a clip of it. Don't just go by someone elses's opinion, everybody's taste in sound is different. Otherwise you may be stuck with a can-of-angry-bees or something that drones you out on the highway. And there's a ton of threads here on SL from people unhappy with their exhaust.

If you're just looking to change your sound, and your exhaust isn't just for "show", you can save some $$ and go custom axleback. It's simple and all you need is an exhaust shop or welder that you trust. Just choose your muffler - try dynomax.com, borla.com or magnaflow.com for example, shop around for the best price on the muffler, and have your exhaust guy install it. Many people do this and spend only about $125 or less for parts & labor.
