Default Exhaust Kit Questions???

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars so I was wondering the difference between a Cat-back, Turbo back and a Axel back Exhaust systems?
I have a Turbo in my car and i want the deep sounding exhaust kit that adds HP to my car.

Thanks for the help.

Axle back is.. well from your rear axle back. It replaces your muffler only. a Cat back replaces everything after the S-pipe, which the S-pipe is right after the header/turbo manifold.

I would suggest going to a Exhaust shop show them your setup and Have something custom made. You most likely want 2.5" piping, if you run higher than 10lbs boost, maybe 3"

wow... ummm. I mean sure you can run a turbo on a stock exhaust. But its not efficient. I hope at least your mid pipe and s-pipe are upgraded.

Anyways it was allready said but www.dezodmotorsports.com or www.ptuning.com

wow if your getting 256hp with your stock exhaust your probably gonna feel a big difference when u get an aftermarket one..go with ptuning turboback. its pricey but sounds and performs great...also try searching around the forems a bit and educating yourself. What if your car messes up and you have to fix it???

some of yall dont know how to give sincere advice without being a @$$ about it. i am learning so just deal with it. i didnt know that all of you stepped out of the womb knowing what a downpipe or a cat was. give me a break. if you dont have advice, than go waste your time some where else.

We don't expect anyone to automatically know everything about cars. It's just that most people tend to educate themselves a bit before doing something so serious to our cars. Nobody here is trying to be a butt, it's just that what you've done is honestly quite unbelievable imho.
