Intakes-
Pretty much anything will help. Most people go with injenCAI, but are risking their engines IMO. If you want something quick, go with an SRI, especially Weapon R. This can come in handy if you do fuel tuning later, as it tends to make you run a little leaner than with other intakes.

I am running just a hacked airbox setup... hollowed out the bottom end of the box, removed the snorkel, and quadrupled the size of the opening. Wrapped the upper pipe, and dropped in a K&N. It looks pretty ghetto, but it sounds mean as hell and has APPARENTLY helped the 1/4 time quite a bit.

With exhausts... Any axleback will get you around 5whp. The 1 whp difference between the majority of them can be attributed to dyno error, heatsoak, or other extraneous factors... but they DO all sound very different. Pick the one that sounds best to you, and go with that.

Greddy SP2 if you want quiet and higher quality. Doesn't seem to work well with a header.

precision muffler if you want less expensive, and most quiet with a header.

Or any others if you're looking for a specific sound. HKS sounds alright, but is sorta loud to me.
