Default Exhaust Setup HELP!!!

Hey everyone. I think I'm finally ready to drop some buck$$$ on the tCizzle and I need some help. I'm thinkin' i want to go with a good track setup. Not looking for 500hp and 11 second 1/4 miles. I'm trying to decide how to do the exhaust. I'm not looking for the sound, but for the performance. First, is it even worth it? What's a good setup in terms of weather or not to go with headers, spipe, midpipe, cat... Is the magnaflow exhaust a good choice? Thanks.

I think the HP gain on a CAI is alot more than an exhaust for a first mod. For an exhaust, I would say get a full catback system.
