Default Fidanza flywheel+clutch masters installed(updated) 56k nooo!

took me about 11 hours for the install, 5 hours was with a friend and the rest was alone. I also installed my tsudo cat back exhaust while i was at it.

Fidanza lightweight flywheel, and clutch masters fx100 stage I clutch

Over all performance is great, the tranny shifts at the perfect time, oh and i also upgraded my gear oil to mobil 1 gear lubricant.

havent taken it through any beating yet, just breaking in the clutch, but i gotta say it has helped out a lot, im gonna take it to a shop next week and get it dynoed, hopefully.

so far my current mods are

injen cai
invidia s pipe
fidanza flywheel
clutchmasters clutch
tsudo cat back exhaust

with the silencer in

with the silencer out

drive by

in car at WOT with my new mods
got to about 95mph

and one more of my dyno run

some pics

got bored so i decided to do some videos and pics, have fun.

where did you get it at? And what do you think the difficulty of the install is? Thinking about doing it myself, any point of the install where it got a little difficult?

difficulty of installing would be putting the tranny back up, and the cross member back up.

I would not recommend anyone doing this alone, this is the second clutch i did on a tc so thats why i did some of it together, but i would not recommend you doing it alone, you need the help.

you need to get the axle of the tranny and the axle of the passenger wheel in aligned correctly otherwise it will not go in.

throw out bearing fit like a champ.

no i didnt rebuild an auto to manual, but i did rebuild a flooded tc with all new parts.

shop in sgv? no man not really but i can get you in touch with someone that could help out.

with all the right equipment it shouldn't be too bad if you wanted to DIY. It's just making sure you have the proper setup and know what to disconnect to get everything out properly.

Kudos on DIY. That's no walk in the park even with everything.

I am definately going with a Spec Stage 3 and a Fidanza whenever I need a new clutch. Our car has far too much rev hang due to the heavy flywheel.

Hmmmm. I took apart a Tranny on a RWD pickup once to replace the slave and master cylinders. How much more difficult would you say this is?
