HKS Ti looks much better..

 

since you took off ur TRD, r you willing to sell?

 

At the moment I only have a Rebel XTi, sorry no sound/vid clips.

Different strokes for different folks, I'm not a fan of the ridiculous angle HKS has on their exhausts. Plus this is a thread for pictures of the Greddy Ti-C exhaust, not HKS.

Sold it to an SL member last week.

you dont have an HKS exhaust, you have an HKS muffler.

and uhh, i can gurandamntee that his exhaust will out last yours. he has steel on steel piping, you have aluminum on steel, good luck with the welds holding up, metals expand at different levels.

imho hks still looks better :Dgreddy's tip looks like a $50 muffler...

btw the hks axle back really looks funny with that angle....

I acctually like the HKS hi-power how it comes at an angle, you dont have to get on all fours and stick ur head under the car just to c wat it is....
but that greddy does look _____in!!!

 

looks mean nothing, when your piping is all corroded and falling apart.

Nice burnt bumper you got going there too. Otherwise the muffler looks great, but saying it looks much better? nah, but as long as it looks good to you. The guys are right though, his greddy will outlast your HKS system.

No I am not trying to be anything and I am not trying to offend anybody. It has just been my experience with friends and myself that exhaust systems where mufflers were bought and the pipings built by independent shops usually dosn't last as long as exhausts that were built as an entire system. The shop built exhausts usually starts leaking somewhere if it doesn't rust sometime down the road not that long later.

If it does look better, it's entirely your own opinion and you don't have to come on line and bash on others. I personally agree with you when it comes to the tip because the HKS tip has a better color. But dude, be cool about it. The Greddy tip isn't as bad as you make it sound.

which exhaust burnt the rear bumper? wouldn't happen to be by Injen or Tanabe would it?

 

i dont know what was my first muffler.... i bought the car with it... probably it was a some kind of cheap ebay muffler.

you definitely changed my mind about getting an HKS
hi-power exhaust chris. this greddy exhaust looks a lot
milder and cleaner than the humongous hks exhaust.

and ditto on the video clip. cant wait to hear it out.
