Default Found a good deal on AEM O2 Widebands

http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...24&prmenbr=361

I found a great deal on the AEM Wideband O2 sensors with A/F gauge for $252 almost $125 dollars off regular price!

Thought I would share with those of you who are prepairing to boost your Scions.

Info:
AEM’s Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen) Controller features an LED readout and sweeping LED ''needle'' that changes colors as Air/Fuel Ratio changes from rich to lean. The unit’s 52mm (2-1/16”) gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. No laptop required for monitoring.
UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen) Key Features:

Bosch sensor included
24 Color-coded LED display lights
Integrated three-digit display in real time
User-programmable 0-5v analog output included for use with data loggers and ANY engine management system
Does not oscillate Air/Fuel Ratio reading like narrow band sensors
Serial data stream included for output of Air/Fuel Ratio (RS 232)
Accurate to 0.1 Air/Fuel Ratio

no, you weld another bung onto the exhaust pipe. Otherwise your computer would go nuts since you removed the stock sensor...

Unless you are severely modding your car, i.e. any of the following: turbo, cam, p /p head, etc etc,
this guage would really just be a bling factor.

so you could tune it to the air fuel ratio you want. normally you have a driver and a tuner with laptop + pigggyback and drive around making WOT pulls until you have the curve you want.

I ordered it, and got an email saying it was on backorder until sept. 26th. I called in and cancelled my order. I guess everyone is buying from them since they got one of the best prices. sucks but oh well

can you show some articles about this? I'd like to know. I don't know how you would hook it up to a gauge, however.

that wideband sensor goes directly into your car's computer. if you want to monitor it, you use this gauge and add a bung into the manifold and monitor it directly.

It's used for monitoring your air to fuel ratio... IE: Running lean or rich. I have one in my SRT-4 .. theres no dynos near by so I tune on the street with my aem wideband. Very nice price. I paid $430 shipped for mine
