Default Fujita CAI Install Q's

So i'm getting the CAI in this week, i was hoping to install it myself to save some $ but idk how difficult it would actually be.Problem is, i don't want to take my front bumper off(since it's Kaminari aftermarket and was a pain to install)

Would this be a simple install or should i just take it to the shop?

What I've heard with most of the CAIs, you may not have to remove the bumper - just the inner wheel well lining should suffice. Now, I'm not sure if you have to take the bumper off the remove that though... haven't done it.

Jack up car, take wheel off, remove clips from the plastic liner.

Its cake, just gotta be ubber carefull when you place it through the hole. It will scratch easily.

it's easy....I've done one install....well three now technically. It took 2 hours for me to do my g/f's and my friend's car at the same time...

you're probably really low to the ground, so just drive up on some wood, get the jack underneath there, loosen the lugs, then jack it up.

Shouldn't be too hard

Or use the scissor jack that came with the car to get the car high enough to get a normal jack underneath.

If you dont feel confident enough, let a shop do it. Its a 20min install at most.
