Okay I just bought a fujita cold air intake for the tC. I have seen on some posts that the front bumper has to come off to install this. Is it really needed to come off to install this intake? Also are there any other tips and or tricks to get this installed to make it go a little smoother?

 

no u can remove the driver side wheel and the wheel well lining

 

you dont even have to remove the wheel.
I just installed mine about 2 days ago, and just removed the wheel well and kept the wheel on. It will fit, but it will be a tight fit.

 

Sweet sounds like a good and fairly simplistic install.

 

i found it easier to remove bumper... but then again, i am using the TRD so the piping is a little different >_<

 

Honestly, taking the wheel, wheel well, and bumper off will make everything less of a struggle. . Trust me.. With an impact gun, the wheel and bumper can be takin off in about 10 minutes.

 

I am hoping to be able to have the intake here and installed this afternoon. I really am anxious to get it.
