Default Got a CEL (Codes are P0138 and P0606)

Hey guys I noticed yesterday I had a CEL so I checked it for the codes and came up with P0138 (O2s CHT Hight Voltage 1 2) and P0606 PCM Processor Fault). Ive tried resetting battery bla bla bla and checking everything out and it all seems fine. No drivability issues, "Nada". I was wondering if you guys think its my Tsudo 4-2-1 header with spipe/tsudo midpipe thats throwing this cel. I have the CEL eliminator on the spipe on the 2nd O2 sensor so im a tad bit confused. I know I have a little leak up front where the midpipe meets the spipe but was curious if this could also cause the codes to be thrown. The leaks not major but I can hear it when I turn the car off. Im open for any answers/opinions. Thanks guys

Either way those codes mean the signal coming back from the sensor is out of range, most likely due to a missing cat, an exhaust leak or a damaged o2 sensor (from when you were putting it back in). P0138 ideally means that the rear o2 sensor is not seeing a change in the exhaust A/F ratio from the first sensor (aka bad cat), which in your case with the header is always a possibility. Leaks could also throw A/F off majorly, and in your case id vote its a combination of leaks and the missing cat thats causing the issue, the PCM processor fault is just the processor complaining that the input voltage from said sensor is out of range.

I wouldn't think that a leak between mid pipe and S-pipe would really have much effect since it's after the sensors, but I guess take care of that and check the secondary O2 for carbon build up.

How long have you been driving without CELs?

whoops didnt read that it was between midpipe and spipe, just read upfront and thought he meant between header and spipe.
