Ok i have the Greddy Emanage Ultimate and i have it all wired up
problems 1: when the emanage is pluged in and the engine is cold it will not start like it will kick over but not start, if the engine is hot the emanage is able to start the engine
i have everything hooked up except water temp i have that channel hooked to the knock sensor and the other channel is hooked up to air intake temp

2: the knock sensor wont read any knock in the tc its supposed to have a new type of knock sensor that can read a range of knock but when i tap on the motor with a hammer it doesn't show anything? i have this channel set inside the emanage as a resonate sensor
is the sensor like the nissan skyline ones where u have to set the emanage to non-resonate and sent a frequency?

any help would be appreciated

Check jumper 8 inside the EMU and report back findings. Default is 1-2, should be 2-3

 

So the report is that it now starts when its cold and seems to be working just fine i will report tomorrow after i have driven it around for a lil and as far as the knock sensor goes i seem to have it working the only problem is i dont know what frequency i should monitor bc i dont think the e manage can monitor more than one
