Default Header/ CEL Questions

I have a couple questions, has anyone found an exact fix for the CEL light coming on? I have tried all of these fixes that were listed on here and have had no success.

Would anything be accomplished if I replaced the S-pipe and remove the second cat?

Or has anyone tried moving the air/fuel sensor to the secondary O2S location and move the second O2S to a new location after the second cat?

The reason I ask is because the DTC that I was getting was saying there was a problem with the primary Air/ fuel sensor.

Thanks

I've heard putting Catalytic Converter Shaving in the AntiFouler will trick the sensor into thinking there is a Cat. Con. Installed.
