Default Header/downpipe question

I'm about to get the Megan Racing Headers and downpipe. What do yau'll think about that setup? Does anybody have that on their tc or know somebody who does to comment on it?
Also, I heard that I need to get the anti-fowler for my downpipe.
I read this page: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=110611
But do you think it would work with this setup?
Please help me out with this one.

Thanks

I have the mr header and spipe, havent had any problem.

fowler = fouler

you need to put (2) "spark plug non-foulers" on the 2nd sensor on your spipe. what it does is it will make the sensor read less because it compares the 1st sensor reading againsts the 2nd sensor. if it reads the same then you will get a CEL telling you that your cat is maflunctioning.
