so i was installing the tsudo header and s pipe, when i ran into a problem. the one bolt that holds the s pipe to the mid pipe was on so tight, it stripped. so i bolted the OEM stuff back on.... i called it quits for the night.... anyone know how i can get a stripped bolt out... or should i just take it to a shop?

go to autozone they have a bolt remover for on $2-5 it works!!!

i forgot what its called but it looks like a drill bit but cone shaped

 

it works some times... put the chizel on the right side of the head and hammer up (this will make the screw turn left)

super glue has worked for me too...

 

That has worked for me but try the stripped bolt remover first

 

they do make a kit, you can use a smaller sized drill bit and grind down the center

 

we'll see what happens tomorrow....

one day ill learn to except the fact working on cars, always expect for something to go wrong

 

guys its called an East Out... they work if toy have enough room

its off.... the craftsman bolt out worked like a champ.

the new headers are good.
